The great hunt
This must be a personal record since my working carreer. After I finished ‘The Eye of the World‘ in the first week of januari, I finished reading ‘The Great Hunt‘ yesterday night.
I can’t recall ever finishing a 700 page book in just a few weeks and certainly not after I said farewell to my life as a student and started working full-time. It normally takes me almost 6 months before I finish a book.
This just shows to tell how addictive the Wheel of Time saga can be. I have Book 3, ‘The Dragon Reborn‘ here next to me, ready to start reading.
Where Wheel of Time was an introduction to the saga and to the main characters, in The Great Hunt we follow Rhand, Matt and Perrin in their hunt for the Horn, while Egwene and Nynaeve start their training in Tar Valon.
